About Us
Jessica Yuan is the Principal Lawyer and second generation to practice at Canada Immigration Consulting Ltd since its founding 25 years ago. In addition to representing clients in all areas of immigration law, Jessica’s legal practice includes Real Estates, Family Law, Litigation and Estate planning.
Prior to being a lawyer and called to the bar in 2019, Jessica practiced as a regulated immigration consultant where she carried appeal files before the Immigration Appeal Division. Jessica has also been a licensed member of the Quebec régistre québécois des consultants en immigration (RQCI) since 2016.
Jessica Yuan obtained her JD from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law in 2018, her Master in Environmental Studies from York University, and her Specialized Honours Bachelor of Arts in Environmental and Health Studies from York University’s Glendon College.
Jessica is fluent in English, French, and Mandarin.
