Monica Singh

I was born in New York and raised in both New York and Dubai. I obtained my Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in Pennsylvania. Additionally, I hold a Master of Public Health Degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Stony Brook University in New York. I am admitted to the State Bar in both New York and New Jersey and am a member of the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. As a native New Yorker, I represent a broad spectrum of clients in various family-based and business immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, naturalization, H-1B, TN, and L-1 petition proceedings, as well as E-1/E-2 and inadmissibility and United States entry waivers.
