I lived in Vancouver for five years before moving to Toronto. I completed my Master of Laws (Common Law) Program at the University of British Columbia. Following my call to the bar in British Columbia, I was officially called to the bar by the Law Society of Ontario, granting me the ability to practice law in both provinces. My work as an immigration lawyer at My Visa Source encompasses drafting detailed written submissions and attending Federal Court and all divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada. I oversee the litigation aspects for clients and tailor applications according to their unique situations. Having dealt with cases from all continents, I have an extensive understanding of various countries, encompassing their legal frameworks, political landscapes, and civil conditions, enabling me to excel in refugee claims.
