Fareha works on a wide range of immigration matters. She routinely advises clients and works on applications for judicial review at the Federal Court of Canada for a diverse range of visa refusals. She regularly assists clients with applying for temporary and permanent resident applications, including intra-company transfers, significant benefit work permits, LMIA based work permits and Start-up visa applications.
Fareha's practice includes advising international students from the start of their studies in Canada, planning for eligibility under the Express Entry system (Federal Skilled Work or Canadian Experience Class) or Provincial Nominee Programs, applying for Post Graduation Work Permits and permanent residency. She assists international students and temporary workers maintain their status and resolve visa issues that may arise.
Fareha completed her articles at Visa Law Group and is now an associate lawyer. She is fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi and can understand Punjabi.
